The
Punisher 'Release Time: When and where to watch Marvel's new drama
Fans
have waited over a year to see "Marvel's The Punisher", and some will
want to be the first to see it. This means that they will have to take a
sleepless night.
All
episodes of "The Punisher" Season 1 will air on Netflix at 3:00 am
EST. Viewers on the west coast will not have to get up so late to catch the
first one. They will have the opportunity to see him at 12h PST.
Viewers
can only catch the series on Netflix. If you have managed to avoid subscribing
until now, it's easy to start. Free trials are available for new users for the
first 30 days, and after that, plans start at $ 7.99 per month. Subscribers can
watch on the Netflix website, apps on their mobile devices or on TV via their
SmartTV, Blu-ray player, Apple TV or similar devices.
"The Punisher" is the
latest Marvel series to be broadcast on Netflix, and the third to premiere on
the streaming platform this year. The series follows Frank Castle (Jon Bernthal),
the vigilante who has no problem killing criminals who wreak havoc in New York.
The show follows the veteran, who was introduced on "Daredevil"
because he discovers that those who killed his family are part of a much larger
operation. Frank, also known as Punisher, is determined to stop this criminal
operation.
As
previously stated, "The Punisher" will be different from Marvel's
other Netflix series in that there are not really any aspects of science
fiction or fantasy.

"The Punisher" is not
the only Marvel television series to debut in the coming weeks. On November
21st, "Marvel's Runaways" will premiere on Hulu, Netflix's rival. The
drama follows a group of teenagers who discover that their parents are mean.
Meanwhile, Marvel's first TV show, "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.",
will return to ABC on December 14th.
"We
strip each supernatural element," Jon Bernthal told Entertainment Weekly
in September. "This show is different, it looks different, Frank is a
character rooted in the most basic human emotions ... He's a comic book
character, but he does not fly, he does not have vision at all. X-rays. He's an
incredibly talented soldier who was very, very angry and very, very hurt.
