There is no Halloween event at Destiny 2 this year why
Bungie community leader David "Deej" Dague
confirmed on Twitter that the Festival des Perdus will not be held at Destiny 2
this fall. Responding to a user, he stated that
"[s] eason 1 was on launch and ritual activation." However, there is
hope for the guardians with the itch of the hollow Eve to "see him someday".
This is part of the first limited-time
"situational" event, introducing a winter turn around and game
activities.
Players can participate in hockey games,
which work just
as well as the farm mini-game. , and fight over snowball fights - with enemies
too, inflicting real damage. Other treats are winter cosmetics and themed armor
sets.
